Cap Classique wines

Cap Classique is South Africa’s premium sparkling wine category and the only one with a clearly defined identity. The wines are produced using secondary fermentation in bottle, following the traditional method used in Champagne. Production standards are overseen by the Cap Classique Producers Association, the industry body responsible for regulating the category.
